Terms And Conditions
When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide. This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience. We do not hold or store any customer’s financial details in relation to their credit and debit cards with regard to the transaction. Any orders placed by telephone, the financial details (credit/debit card details) are destroyed as soon as the transaction is completed. Please be assured we take financial details of our customers very serious, and never hold or store any financial details at any time.
Most orders ship within 24 hours. Domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail or UPS. Delivery time - 1 to 3 days of it being placed subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.
All prices all prices include VAT. We accept debit and credit card, BACS, cheque.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. Personalised products are all made to order and cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the tag, or WE have engraved wrongly to your engraving instructions. If you have received your order and there is a problem please contact us straight away. Most problems can be fixed by following/reading the troubleshooting or FAQ sections.
